ID: VM - 205 - No Choice Location: Saudi Arabia, Rafha Airbase Time: 0115 hrs Conditions: Clear Destination: Ar Smithar Chemical Works at Waypoint 2 Primary Objective: SEAD Secondary Objective: Kill Migs, Protect F-16 "Vipers" out of Ar' Ar Airbase Waypoint 0: Ar' Ar Final Approach Waypoint 1: Rendezvous Point (75.6 nm) Waypoint 2: Ar Smithar Chemical Works (98.6 nm) Waypoint 3: Start location Rafha Recover at: Ar' Ar Airbase Hornet Two Loadout: 3 x Fuel, 2 x AIM-9, 4 x AMRAAM Hornet Three Loadout: n/a Hornet Four Loadout: n/a   You and Hornet Two are to launch from Rafha and eliminate any SAM or AAA threats along your flight path to Waypoint 2. You are to clear a path for four USAAF F-16s who have been ordered to hit the Ar Smithar Chemical Works with MK82LD bombs.     Take off behind Hornet Two and follow him at 420KIAS and 1,000 feet AGL. He will target Migs about Waypoint 2. You are the main Sam killer in this mission. Take four HARMS and target any SAMs that appear, even if it means disengaging from a Mig.. Your primary mission is SEAD, target any SAM or AAA sites that threaten the flight North of Waypoint 1. Stay awake on the journey to Waypoint 1. Your secondary mission is to kill any Migs who may intercept the flight of F-16s. You must protect the F-16s until they bomb the target. After that they are on their own... A Hind has been spotted by US Army Special Forces scouts North of your Waypoint 1. The F-16s may run into it before you do so keep an eye on the number of F-16s you rendezvous with. You should see only four contacts, not five. A large multi-engine aircraft was picked up by an AWACS North of Ghalaysan New IQAAF base heading East an hour earlier. Your mission will be successful when two or more F-16s bomb the target at Waypoint 2. Recover at Ar' Ar.
